When you are preparing for an interview, what questions will you most likely face? You will be asked about vocabulary and concepts from your certification studies. For networking interviews, be prepared to define routing concepts, topology designs and describe devices such as AP's, switches, hubs or LANs.
Those are Access Points and Local Area Networks for those of you still studying!!
You will most likely be asked to translate high tech troubleshooting terms in non technical ways. How would you guide an end user to finding their IP address? The command prompt can be a scary place for a non technical person. Be prepared to share a walk-through of a time you led a troubleshooting session. How did you handle the challenges and the communication with the end user?
For information / data security interviews, be prepared to give a summary or overview of various infosec tools. This will include popular software to detect and prevent malware. I would recommend reviewing the depth in defense model as well.
